

No Excuses November (or NEN, as our community calls it) is our annual 21-day accountability challenge designed to help you finish the year strong.
What started over a decade ago as a small group of women trying to stay healthy between Halloween and Thanksgiving has grown into a powerful tradition that helps hundreds reset, refocus, and show up for themselves before the holidays hit.
Each year, we take the three weeks between Halloween and Thanksgiving and flip the script on the “holiday slide.” Instead of giving up until January, we use this time to create healthy boundaries, honor our needs, and make choices that support our energy, joy, and peace through the busy season.
If you’re anything like me, one holiday can roll right into the next (birthday, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Eve) and before you know it, you’re back at square one in January. Maybe worse off than you were the year before!
No Excuses November is the group that puts a stop to that.
It’s simple but effective. You’ll have support, accountability, and practical tools to help you feel better, not busier. This is your reminder that taking care of yourself before the chaos starts is not selfish, it’s smart. Your needs matter too!

Monday November 3rd to Sunday November 23rd. No specific time you need to be available.
We encourage you to get 30 minutes of intentional activity each day. The activity is up to you. I do have workouts available for those who need them.
Facebook! Facebook groups are my JAM. I keep them organized, fun, and engaging. If you aren't on Facebook feel free to make a profile without any identifying information just to join the group.
You do need to be 18 years old to join and reside in the United States.
Many of my clients already have everything they need. When you fill out the form it will tell me exactly what you have already and what you still need to get. I will personally let you know your cost as soon as I read your response. If budget is a major constraint there will be a place to indicate that on the form and I will work with you directly to find solutions.

Before November, I was exhausted, running on empty and I was pushing through by the bare minimum. This has helped me feel alive and revived and given me my life back. Now, I can actually get some exercise in and make better food choices because it’s helped turn the food noise off and given my a constant energy that lasts all day.

Today, I’m officially down 72lbs & wearing a size 2 in my 40’s which trust me, my brain is still struggling to process! But what’s even better than the outside change is how I feel internally. I’m happier than I’ve been in a LONG time.
